Located on the finest white sand beach in Puerto Galera and set in a grove of coconut palms, this condo-hotel is constructed in award winning, Spanish-Mediterranean style architecture.... white wash walls contrast with the red Vigan tile floors and roof. There are fine local woods hewn in a rustic but carefully finished texture complimenting the smooth and rounded plaster finishes.
Beachfront Cottages are furnished with queen sized bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, separate bath with hot water, toilet facility and private terrace.

There are 25 first class, fully furnished, air conditioned residential units (homes) with full cooking facilities in addition to a bar and full service restaurant in the resort.

Portofino has daily specials, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday some "set" special meals which might include: A four course Gourmet Thai Dinner, or a Mexican dinner including real tortillias, Sopapillias and Tostadas or gourmet Tacos. How about Fajitas served with fresh flour tortillias? Or Curry Breast of Chicken served with homemade Chutney, Coconut and fresh Mango? Chicken or Beef Satay Indonesian style with Peanut Sauce and Papaya Atsara? And we have the very best of Philippine favorite dishes with gourmet sidings like Puso Ng Saging, Ensaladang Talong or "sizzling" Kang Kong and garlic rice.

We are a short 10 minute walk from Sabang or Big ay on the Small LaLaguna Beachfront. No reservations are necessary, but please be prepared for a pleasant short wait while we take loving care of our food preparations. Our Prices are quite moderate, very reasonable considering the quality and excellence of our food service.

Batangas City - Puerto Galera You may take a private auto or bus to Batangas City Pier and connect with many boats which go directly to Sabang Beach (which is a 10 minute walk to PORTOFINO) or to Puerto Galera...a short boat ride away.

Portofino Beach Resort - Airport The Resort Manager can schedule an airport pickup by private van and delivery to Batangas (2.5 hour drive) and special boat from Batangas to Portofino Resort (1.5 hour Boat Trip) for US$110 one way total for a party of 1 - 4 persons.
